Insulation & Ventilation

Your attic is a big part of your roof system and ensuring it is properly ventilated is key to extending the life of your shingles. Our crews thoroughly inspect your attic and evaluate the level of insulation and ensure that your soffits aren’t blocked and that there is no mold on the underside of the plywood that can’t be seen from the top.

If you do not have 22.25 inches of insulation, as per the Ontario Building Code, we can top up your roof insulation for you. Once we have completed the attic inspection, we can make recommendations for you based on what we are seeing.
